Discovering Grace classes are offered two to three times throughout the year. These classes are a wonderful way to learn more about Grace Church and are required if you are considering becoming a member of Grace Church.

Discovering Grace Class Outlines  

Your Role At Grace

This informative study from the Word presents the rationale for membership, while establishing the expectations and responsibilities of every member.  It also provides the benefits of being aligned with Grace, and why we need you to be effective as a church.

The Doctrine Of Grace

This interactive seminar is designed to introduce you to the programs, theological beliefs, and values of our church.  Topics include: What We Believe and Why We Believe It, Organizational Structure, Staff, and Associations.

The Vision Of Grace

In the final class, we examine how the Lord is stirring Grace Church in terms of it's future ministry.  We'll discuss "7 Key Priorities" and the opportunities the Lord is opening before us.  You will also be called to serve within the Body, using the spiritual gifts and passions God has given you.  There is also a time of question and answer.

Steps to Membership 

Belief

To become a member of Grace Church, one must have come into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ (accepting His free gift of salvation, understanding that we are saved by faith alone, not by good works, and be committed to following Him in your life.)

Baptism

One must have been baptized by immersion as a believer either at Grace Church or at a like-minded church.

Discovering Grace Classes

One must attend all three of the informational and highly interactive membership classes that are offered three times each year.

Elder Interview

After steps one through three are accomplished, one must be interviewed by an elder(s) of Grace Church to confirm sincerity of heart and commitment to God and His church.
