"Thanks, Grace Church, for your faithful prayer and financial support throughout the years!" As of January 1, 2007 Eric assumed the position of Director of Discipleship and Personnel at SIM USA.  He provides leadership to approximately 40 full and part-time staff covering all areas of personnel and member care for our 1000+ members, associates, employees and retirees.  Marlies serves within the Member Care department as a Care Coordinator. We see all that we do in Personnel as relating to discipleship. Therefore, our goal is do the best job we can to train new missionaries and develop our present missionaries while at the same time helping them to deal with the always stressful and sometimes traumatic experience of serving the Lord globally.
