We continue on this month with our series on biblical leadership. In viewing leadership in the local church this week, we see that God looks beyond external qualities and calls for a heart that aspires to lovingly shepherd. 1 Timothy 3 provides qualifications that enable us to know what we need to look for when seeking leadership of His flock.
