The responsibility to shepherd the whole church is a joyful privilege that God has entrusted to the pastors/elders of the local church. At the same time, the pastors/elders of Grace Church recognize that women have unique pastoral needs that are sometimes best met by other women. Therefore, the pastors/elders of Grace Church have formed a team of spiritually mature, godly women who will assist the pastors and elders, particularly in their pastoral care for the women of Grace Church. This group is called the Titus Two Team.
